We have a number of after school activity clubs which run for children in years 1-6.

Our very successful breakfast and after school clubs have been running for 15 years. We have excellent experienced staff who also work within the school so are familiar friendly faces to both the children and their parents.

We are fortunate at our school to have a PTA that is and has been an integral part of the school community for many years. In its time the PTA has raised thousands of pounds, which has been spent on equipment and resources to enhance our children’s education experience and the school’s facilities.

We hold sessions where parents can make an appointment to meet their child's teacher to discuss their progress and any other issues.

We use an online payments system, ScoPay, which enables parents to pay for items such as school meals, trips, events, clubs and other school activities, in a safe and secure way. We are cash free in school.

All staff at Springfield Primary School believe in the development of the whole child. We have high expectations of academic success, but this does not detract from the fact that it is also the personal qualities that we embed in each of our pupils that will ultimately see them through to realise their ambitions and dreams.

Springfield Stars Preschool is a small, privately run, well established all-inclusive pre-school situated within Springfield Primary School.

Children select their meal on the day from a coloured menu in each classroom.
