We have a number of after school activity clubs which run for children in years 1-6.

Our very successful breakfast and after school clubs have been running for 15 years. We have excellent experienced staff who also work within the school so are familiar friendly faces to both the children and their parents.

We are fortunate at our school to have a PTA that is and has been an integral part of the school community for many years. In its time the PTA has raised thousands of pounds, which has been spent on equipment and resources to enhance our children’s education experience and the school’s facilities.

We hold sessions where parents can make an appointment to meet their child's teacher to discuss their progress and any other issues.

We use an online payments system, SIMS Pay, which enables parents to pay for items such as school meals, trips, events, clubs and other school activities, in a safe and secure way. After Easter 2020 we will be cash free in school.

All staff at Springfield Primary School believe in the development of the whole child. We have high expectations of academic success, but this does not detract from the fact that it is also the personal qualities that we embed in each of our pupils that will ultimately see them through to realise their ambitions and dreams.

Welcome to Springfield Stars Preschool. My name is Vicki Knight I took over as the new Owner and Managing Director in April 2022. I have worked within early years for 24 years. We are a small, privately run, well established all-inclusive pre-school, situated within Springfield Primary School.
