We use an online payments system, SIMS Pay, which enables parents to pay for items such as school meals, trips, events, clubs and other school activities, in a safe and secure way. After Easter 2020 we will be cash free in school.
The benefits of using SIMS Pay include:
the ability to make safe and secure online payments at any time of the day
the ability to make payments via debit or credit card or in person via PayPoint or Post Office counters
the ability to pre-pay for school meals, identify when payments are due and whether sufficient funds are available, and receive email notifications when a balance falls below a set amount
the ability to pay for expensive items (e.g. school trips and clubs)
the ability for parents to view all of their children at our school though a single SIMS Pay account
Getting started with SIMS Pay online payments
Once your child starts attending our school, an activation email from SIMs Pay will be generated by the school office. In order to generate an activation email we must have your email address.
The activation email will contain an invitation code that you need to enter as you follow the step by step instructions to sign into your SIMs Pay account. If you have more than one child at the school, each child will have their own registration reference and can be added to your account subsequently.
Once you have activated your SIMs Pay account, a confirmation email will be sent to you. By clicking the link in the confirmation email you will be able to make payments for school items straight away.
If you experience any problems with logging into SIMs Pay, please contact the school office for further assistance.
