Playleaders

Our playleaders are from years 5 and 6 and they support their peers and our midday staff to help all children have a safe and happy lunchtime. Their roles include leading games on the playground, helping younger children with their lunch trays and mediating with their peers. Our playleaders work incredibly hard to make our lunchtimes fun and safe, and are exemplary role models for our Springfield children.
